Kantara

Kantara is a film in Kannada language which is directed by Indian filmmaker Rishab Shetty who also acts in the lead role and was produced in the year 2022. The film is shot in the regions of the coastal belt of Karnataka and it also shows the social aspect of the clashes between modern day society and the cultural aspects of nature worship.

Kantara had a fantastic box office release as it did extremely well at the box office and broke records making it one of the highest grossers in the film industry of Kannada. The strong performance of the performers combined with magnificent visuals of the film and the stimulating story made sure that audiences from all over India were glued to their seats.

It is also significant to mention that the film’s epilogue filled with great emotions was praised especially for the “Bhoota Kola” dance form.
